User Terms and Conditions for Gen Re’s SOURCE–Life^® Extranet 
Access to Gen Re’s SOURCE—Life^® Online Manual (“Extranet”) is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, and all the terms and conditions in Gen Re's Legal and Privacy Statement. As you are aware, General Re Life Corporation (GRL, Gen Re, we, us) has agreed to offer you, on a restricted, password-protected basis, access to certain information and services through this Extranet. By using the User ID and password provided by Gen Re to access the Extranet, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Your agreement, in the space provided at the conclusion of this document, signifies that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions, and allows us to grant you access to the Extranet.

Your permission to use SOURCE—Life^® is limited to use in assessment of cases that qualify for automatic cession to Gen Re. You may not use SOURCE—Life^® for any other purpose. Gen Re reserves the right to terminate your access to, and use of, the Extranet and to take any other action Gen Re deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, with or without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatever, in connection with your access to the Extranet. You agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions contained in Gen Re's Legal and Privacy Statement posted on our website, as amended Gen Re from time to time.

You warrant that the Carrier who allocates your User ID and password authorizes your access to and use of the Extranet, and you acknowledge that the Carrier who authorizes your User ID will be deemed responsible by Gen Re for your access and use of the Extranet. You will protect from unauthorized use or disclosure the User ID and Password in the same manner that you protect all other computer access codes used within Your Company.
